San Clemente and Talega

San Clemente or “Spanish Village by the Sea” is known for it's small town beach charm. Ole Hanson discovered and developed San Clemente with Spanish style homes with red clay tiles. Many of the original historic homes were built in the 1920's and 1930's.Today, San Clemente has new developments like Talega and beach areas like Southwest San Clemente. Its location is right in the middle of Los Angeles and San Diego making easy access to these two major cities. The city of San Clemente is an amazing place to call home due to its charm and personality.  A lot of the original San Clemente historic homes were built in the 1920's and 1930's.
